Westcott Designs warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided it is properly installed per our instructions. Powder coat finishes are covered for one (1) year from the date of purchase. At its discretion, Westcott Designs will repair or replace defective products, not to exceed the original purchase price.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, environmental exposure, normal wear and tear, unauthorized repairs, or commercial vehicle use. This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, and Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
