Westcott Designs products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when properly installed. Powder coat finishes are covered for 1 year. Repairs or replacements are at Westcott’s discretion, limited to the original purchase price.
This warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, modifications, environmental damage, commercial use, or normal wear. All other warranties are disclaimed, and Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required.
