Westcott Designs warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser, provided proper installation. Powder coat finishes are covered for 1 year. At our discretion, we may repair or replace defective products, not to exceed the original purchase price.
This warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, environmental exposure, normal wear, unauthorized repairs, or commercial use. It is exclusive, and Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.
