Westcott Designs products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, provided proper installation is followed. Powder coat finishes are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, racing, or commercial use. Westcott Designs will repair or replace defective items at its discretion, up to the original purchase price, and is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required.
