Westcott Designs warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser, provided proper installation. Powder coat finishes are covered for one (1) year. Westcott Designs may repair or replace defective products at its discretion, with liability limited to the original purchase price.
This warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, environmental exposure, commercial use, or normal wear and tear. All other warranties are disclaimed, and Westcott Designs is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required.
