The Tundra Overland Series Front Bumper 3rd gen for 2022–2025 Toyota Tundra combines rugged steel construction with full Toyota Safety Sense compatibility, winch and light bar support, and optional bull bars for ultimate off-road protection.

- 3/16″ laser-cut P&O steel with 1/4″ mounting and winch plates
- Fully welded 3/4″ thick D-ring tabs front and back
- Bull bar tubing: .120 wall HREW, 1 3/4″ & 1 1/2″ diameter
- Front steel skid plate replaces factory plastic
- Retains TSS, parking sensors, and front camera functionality
- Weight options: 160–182 lbs depending on bull bar configuration
- Ships bare steel; painting or powder coating required

- Fits 40″ single-row light bars (Baja Designs S8)
- Supports LP9 lights (except low bar)
- Mounts one pair of Baja Designs Squadron fog lights
