Westcott Designs warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided it is properly installed per our instructions. Powder coat finishes are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, Westcott Designs will repair or replace defective products or components. Warranty coverage shall not exceed the original purchase price.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modification, normal wear and tear, environmental exposure, unauthorized repairs, or commercial vehicle use.
This limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties. Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
