Westcott Designs products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the product is owned, when properly installed. Westcott Designs will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion, up to the original purchase price.
Powder coat finishes are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, modifications, environmental exposure, normal wear and tear, or commercial use. Incidental or consequential damages are excluded. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
