Westcott Designs products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product when properly installed. Powder coat finishes are covered for one (1) year. Westcott Designs may repair or replace defective items at its discretion, with liability limited to the original purchase price.
This warranty excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, environmental exposure, commercial use, or normal wear. All other warranties are disclaimed, and Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Proof of purchase is required.
