Westcott Designs warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns them, if installed properly. Powder-coated products are covered for 1 year. Defective products may be repaired or replaced at our discretion, up to the original purchase price, using like or similar parts.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, overloading, chemical or environmental damage, normal wear, or commercial use. Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. To claim warranty service, contact Westcott Designs with proof of purchase.
