We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns them, if installed properly according to our instructions. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace defective products, up to the original purchase price. Powder-coated products are covered for 1 year from purchase.

- Misuse, abuse, accidents, negligence, vandalism, fire, war, racing, or acts of God
- Improper installation, maintenance, or modifications without authorization
- Unauthorized repairs or use of substitute components
- Exposure to corrosives, chemicals, or extreme conditions
- Overloading, non-standard use, or normal wear and tear
- Commercial use
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, express or implied. Westcott Designs is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some limitations may not apply in certain states.
