In-stock items typically ship within 1–3 business days. However, high-demand fabrication items (such as bumpers or rock sliders) have lead times ranging from 4 to 12+ weeks depending on the manufacturer's current production schedule.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product. You must contact us at info@4wdcrew.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim.

We offer a 30-day return window for most products. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Please be aware that return shipping costs and manufacturer restocking fees may apply.
